Shipping Costs and Details:
International Shipping: Handled by DHL. – Shipping Charges: Calculated based on the country and weight of the package.
Exchange Policy:
At Amara & Sara, all outfits are made to order, and as such, we do not offer exchanges.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will facilitate an exchange, provided the item is unused and undamaged. Any exchange request must be reported promptly and will be subject to our approval.
Non-Eligibility for Exchange:
We reserve the right to not amend or modify orders after 72 hours of order confirmation. Customized and made-to-measure orders are non-exchangeable and ineligible for refund or chargeback. It is the customer’s responsibility to request detailed pictures before dispatch to confirm sizing and product details.
Return & Refund Policy:
We only accept return requests if they are made within 72 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp at +923098881879 or email us at amarasaraofficial@gmail.com. You must provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos as evidence of any defects or issues.
Our team will review your request and contact you if the return is approved. If the complaint is valid, we will offer either an exchange or store credit for the item’s value. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international customers, we cannot generate a pick-up label. The customer will need to return the item via a courier service recommended by our team, with all associated shipping costs borne by the customer.
The return process will begin once the returned item is received at our designated address and will be completed within 7-10 business days.
Please note, no disputes or chargebacks are valid unless the complaint is first registered through WhatsApp or email.
Non-Eligibility for Return:
-Change of mind
– Dislike of the product upon opening the package
– No longer needing the outfit – Cancellation of an order due to unrelated reasons
– Return request made after 72 hours of delivery
– Returned item is in an inadequate or damaged condition (in this case, we reserve the right to return the item to you or deny the return request)
– No dispute or chargeback will be accepted if the outfits are not returned.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Innove Couture ships worldwide. Outside the US, all shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders may be subject to import customs taxes, fees, and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges and local import charges (import duty, tax, etc) if any. Please verify with the local customs office before making purchases, as customs policies vary widely. In the event that a package is undeliverable and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
